The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the Gondola station and close to various restaurants. I found the rooms to be quite spacious with a nice balcony, although they lack elevator access, which can be a downside if you're on the higher floors. The service was friendly, but one of the staff members at dinner wasn’t as attentive. The dining experience was absolutely top-notch, especially the breakfast, which was among the best I've had in the Alps. Overall, it's a good value for money, but the room's accessibility could be improved.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its great location just a few minutes from the gondola station and city center.
